The ABIE Agency is seeking a Video Production Intern to assist in managing the archiving of agency footage, assisting with day-to-day production, helping with the setup and execution of events/shoots/interviews, and pre-production organizing and planning for off-site events. This full-time spring internship will provide you with a tremendous understanding of all areas of how a sports & entertainment agency works. This position is remote with the possibility of travel to client events. This position is an unpaid internship.
Responsibilities
-Work with the creative director to produce and edit highlight/pump-up/ motivational videos.
-Produce promotional content for clients and brand partners.
-Edit video content for use on social platforms.
-Collaborate with the marketing team on all campaigns.
-Manage and log all content.
Requirements
-Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
-Proficient in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Passion for sports and entertainment.

The ABIE Agency is seeking a Graphic Design intern to assist in the development of marketing initiatives including our social media, digital marketing campaigns, client promotion, community outreach initiatives, and agency press releases. Reporting to our creative director the graphic designer will gain valuable experience working with a sports and entertainment agency. This position is an unpaid internship.
Responsibilities
-Develop graphic content for the agency, clients, and brand partners' social media platforms.
-Prepare and execute content for social media.
-Assist in the development of graphics for press releases, presentation materials, and promotion.

The ABIE Agency is seeking a driven, creative-minded, and team-oriented, Social Media Intern reporting to the Chief Creative Director to oversee the club’s social media strategies, processes, and tactics to increase audience, affinity, engagement, and views across the agency’s social platforms. This individual will manage the agency’s Social Media team and will collaborate cross-functionally to further bolster the ABIE social brand voice and expand the agency’s editorial content to engage the fan base, generate revenue, and support our community. This position is an unpaid internship.
Responsibilities
-Oversight and management of Social Media team, ensuring content and strategies are best-in-class while also cultivating a positive and welcoming creative culture;
-Lead planning and execution of all social media content, including writing and curation of content on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other emerging platforms in support of business goals, platform growth, and fan engagement;
-Work with Creative Content team to develop original content series, editorial plans, and internal processes to further connect our brand and our players with our fans across all ABIE social channels;
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business groups, including Community Development, PR, Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, and more;
-Build the brand and drive revenue through social content and brand partnerships;
-Monitor social media trends and report on KPIs across the agency’s social properties to fuel data-driven decision-making.
